Returns policy

At MIDEAST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that sale items are non-returnable.

1. Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

2. Fill out the return form included with your order or use our online return process.

3. Package the item securely and send it back to us at the return address provided.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return and issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. If you prefer an exchange, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.

Exceptions

• Sale items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
