These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements that are made via the MIDEAST website. By placing an order, you agree to these general terms and conditions.


2. Orders


  • All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is out of stock.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been placed. This confirmation is an agreement between you and MIDEAST.



3. Prices and Payment


  • The prices of the products include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the payment methods indicated.
  • MIDEAST reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.



4. Shipping and Delivery


  • Orders will be shipped to the specified delivery address. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. MIDEAST is not liable for delays beyond our control, such as delays by the delivery service.



5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal


  • You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. The costs for return shipping are at your own expense.
  • The return must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Sale items cannot be returned.
  • After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded within 2 working days.



6. Warranty


  • MIDEAST offers a warranty on defective products. Defects caused by normal use are not covered by the warranty. In case of defects, please contact us via the contact page.



7. Liability


  • MIDEAST is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of our products, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part.



8. Privacy


  • Your personal information will only be collected and used as described in our privacy policy. We take the protection of your data seriously and ensure that it is stored securely.



9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. All disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
