Shipping and Returns Policy

Dispatch

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number within a few minutes. We will then process your order as soon as possible!

Ordered before 23:00? Then the products will be shipped the same day for free! Delivery times are 5/9 working days, some delays allowed. After your order has been shipped you will receive a notification by email with your track and trace code.

Returns

You have the right to return your order if you do so within 30 days of receipt. Always contact us in advance via our contact page, stating your name and order number. Return costs are at your own expense. After receiving your return shipment, we will, after checking, refund the purchase amount to your account within 2 working days.

Only complete items can be returned. Sale items cannot be refunded.
